Bass Fishing Sectional Champs

Our anglers brought home the sectional plaque during break and were planning on chasing a state championship this weekend. Those hopes will have to wait.....the tournament has been postponed. The Lake in Carlyle has been considered unsuitable for fishing a major a tournament. The weather has wreaked havoc on the water system and caused the delay. A date will be posted soon!

Welcome Back

Now that Spring Break is over, we have about a month of school left. Juniors have the ACT and PSAE this week. We have several Senior Day events coming up in the next few weeks. Prom is May 14th. Senior Week is coming up, as is Senior Awards Night. Senior parents should look for a letter in the mail, late this week or early next week, detailing the last month of school. Final exam schedules are online. Student schedule requests are due back on 4/29. Lots going on in the 4-5 weeks. I am happy to be getting back to school and the students. Have a great week.

Day 1

I hope you made good use of your 1st day of break. We went to Washington Park and rode bikes and walked trails. we also rode our bikes from Washington Park to the State Capitol and then to the Illinois State Museum. The weather was great - not sure the rest of the week will be the same. I hope you enjoy your break.
