Senior Letter

Dear Senior Parents/Guardians,

The end of the year is rapidly approaching. May seems to be the shortest month of the school year because it is a very busy time for seniors.  I have included important upcoming dates and activities for you to add to your calendar. A few of the more important dates for parents are:

May 3^rd            Graduation announcements arrived in the HS Office

May 8^th – 13^th Senior Week

May 14^th         Promenade and Prom

May 17^th          Senior Cap and Gown pictures at AHS

May 22^nd         Senior Awards Night

May 27^th          Graduation Practice after last final exam. *Required

June 1              Report Card day

June 4^th            Graduation Ceremony at 10:00 a.m.

Senior Awards Night is Sunday May 22, 2010 at 5:00pm in the HS Library. Students who will be receiving an award will be receiving a letter in the mail by mid-May.

If your student has an outstanding balance in the cafeteria, high school office, or district office please make the required payment prior to June 2^nd. Thank you for your cooperation.
